SwissPost 'Priority' - Standard service
The shipping costs are based on the weight of your parcel. Both weights and prices indicated below are the official categories of the SwissPost Authorities of 2015.  We have selected this service as our Standard service as it offers the best combination of reliability, speed and insurance cover. Should the shipping cost  be lower than the cost given in at Checkout your Account/Credit card will be charged with the lower cost but not more than indicate at Checkout. Shipment, tracking, shipping time
All goods are suitably packed and insured for their full value. (In the case that you organise the shipment, the goods will not be insured by us (responsibility for the goods lies with the customer once the goods are handed to the shipper). As soon as the parcel is posted you will be given a tracking number to check the status of your parcel at any time. The 'Priority' service delivers the goods in Switzerland within 2-3 working days, in European countries within 5-9 working days and the listed countries outside Europe within 6-11 working days. These shipping times are indicative as the shipping agent (SwissPost) does not have any influence over customs clearance in your country or the agent carrying out delivery in your country. In all cases we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipment or your local customs authorities.

Non-listed countries
We apologise if your country is not in the list of countries shown in the check-out.  Please write an email to us (see contact) with your name, address, and the item(s) you are interested in. We will get back to you quickly with a shipping offer and payment options. The item you are interested will be tagged 'Reserved' whilst the payment is completed.

Taxes
The Swiss tax (8% MWSt) is included in the prices shown in the browser to comply with Swiss and International law. For countries outside Switzerland no tax will be charged. Outside Switzerland, the relevant IVA taxes and custom duty fees will be imposed locally at delivery or billed by your country’s custom authorities. Please contact your custom authorities should you wish to know more.

Damages
Should your item/s arrive damaged, please send us an email with your full name, address and telephone number to contact@oaxacaoriginal.com with a description  and photo of the damage.

A photograph of package will be useful if it has been damaged or has been opened and resealed by your Customs Authority. If you see, upon arrival, that the parcel is damaged or that it has a Custom Authority tape around it, please sign for the parcel with the following caution 'Accepted under reserve, parcel damaged', or 'Accepted under reserve, opened by Custom Authority'.  Once we have received your email and photographs we will get back to you.

Whilst you have the right to return goods within 14 days we will have difficulty assessing the cause of the damage if we do not first receive information from you. Claims will not be dealt with if they are returned without prior notice.
Every object we ship is package carefully. However, if the goods are to be returned, because of damage which maybe slight, this responsibility passes to the customer who has the duty to handle goods with care and return them as received.

Please keep the package and packing material should it be necessary to return the item(s) to us. We will be happy to give advice about repacking. Please telephone or send an e-mail if you need our help.

Should you return goods from outside Swiss boarders you will not be able to reclaim from Oaxacaoriginal the taxes and custom duties you incurred upon receipt of the goods. You will have to contact your authorities to reclaim these costs.
