Turkeys have been domesticated in Mexico long before the Spaniards arrived and today there are still about twenty names for them as pavo, totole and in Oaxaca they are called guajolotes. Manuel's pair of guajolotes  shows grace and elegance and masterly painting by Rubī Martinez Fabian.
